General conditions for online sales

General dispositions

The following conditions are valid only for B2U s.r.l., with social office in Rossano Veneto, Via Cusinati 12, VAT NUMBER 03770190241 (herein after “B2U”) and every person who will purchase its products (herein after “CONSUMER”) through e-commerce website These conditions may be amended and the date of their publication on the website is the date in which they come into force. The following conditions regulate the purchases made on, accordingly with the dispositions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree n. 206/2005.

1 – Object

According to the following conditions of sale, B2U sells and the CONSUMER buys online the tangible movable items indicated and offered for sale on the website The purchase agreement shall be stipulated only via internet, through the log-in of the CONSUMER to the website and the placing of a purchase order in accordance with the procedure of the website. The CONSUMER undertakes to carefully read these general sales conditions before confirming his/her purchase order. In the order confirmation e-mail, the CONSUMER will receive also a link to download and save a copy of these general sale conditions, as provided for in Article 51(1), Legislative 206/2005.

2 – Pre-contractual information for the CONSUMER – Article n. 49 of the Legislative Decree 206/2005

Before purchasing the products, by sending the purchase order, the CONSUMER will become acquainted with the characteristics of the products, which are written in each product profile. Before concluding the purchase agreement and before confirming the order, the CONSUMER will be aware of:
– total costs of the products, inclusive of taxes, and with the details about transport costs and every other cost;
– terms of payment;
– delivery time;
– withdrawal right conditions and procedures (art. 6 of these conditions), as well as a Returned Product
Form, see Annex I, part B of the Legislative Decree 21/2014;
– information that the CONSUMER must pay for the return of the goods, in case of withdrawal;
– the existence of a legal warranty of conformity;
– conditions of after-sales customer assistance and commercial guarantee planned by B2U.
At any moment and before the stipulation of the contract, the CONSUMER may have access to the information about B2U, the address, the phone number, the e-mail address, as detailed below:

3 – Conclusion of the contract and its coming into force

Contract between the CONSUMER and B2U in relation to the Products ordered (Contract) will only be formed when B2U sends the CONSUMER the Order Confirmation by e-mail. The e-mail will contain CONSUMER data, the number of the order, the price of the purchased goods, the transport costs, the delivery address and a link to download and print a copy of the these conditions of sale. The CONSUMER must verify the correctness of his data and immediately contact B2U if there is something to be changed. B2U will describe and present the items put on sale online in the best way possible. However, there may be some mistakes, imprecisions or little differences between the web site and the real products. Also, the photos of the products posted on are not a component of the contract, since they are for illustration purpose only.
B2U will deliver the goods within 5 days after the Order Confirmation.

4 – Products availability

Products availability indicated on the website is valid in the moment in which the CONSUMER place an order. This availability is deemed to be indicative only, since several customers may be online at the same time and so the products may be sold to others before the order confirmation. Even after the sending of the Order Confirmation by B2U, in some cases some or all the goods in order may not be available. In that event, the order will be automatically corrected with the removal of the missing products and the CONSUMER will be immediately informed by e-mail. If the CONSUMER asks for the cancellation of the order, closing the contract, B2U will refund the payment within 14 days.

5 – Price and payment

The price of Products is as quoted on the website from time to time. Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due once you have selected your chosen delivery method.
Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent by Order Confirmation.
The website contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite B2U best efforts, some of the Products listed on may be incorrectly priced. Normally prices as part of our despatch procedures so that, where a Product’s correct price is less than our stated price are verified and charge the customer the lower amount. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the Site, B2U will normally, at its discretion, either contact the Customer for instructions before despatching the Product, or reject order and notify of such rejection.
Payment for all orders must be made by credit card, bank transfer or via PayPal. B2U will charge the customer’s credit card to full payment as soon as it picks the first item of the order in the warehouse. If, unfortunately notice a lack of availability of one of the Products, B2U will advise immediately and the Customer will be able to choose between the cancellation of the whole Order or a partial refund.

7 – Consumer rights

Customer may cancel a Contract at any time before the order is delivered and up to 14 days afterwards. If canceled, Customer will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with the refunds policy (see below).
To cancel a Contract, Customer must clearly inform B2U, preferably by completing the cancellation form or by email. Customer must also return the Products within 14 days after the day of notifying the cancellation, in the same condition in which he received them (which does not interfere with the right to take any reasonable steps to examine the Products and make sure they conform to order). Customer has a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in his possession. If it is failed to comply with this obligation, B2U may have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration, up to the price of the Product, from the refund to which Customer is otherwise entitled.
To return the Products, Customer should package the parcel securely (making sure to include a note of name and address (enclosing any returns slip, if provided inside the parcel) and then return it, either by courier or by recorded delivery mail or other form of certified mail or if the Products are too bulky to return by mail then by a suitable carrier, to the following address:

We advise to take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please save the proof of posting/despatch and tracking information until the refund has been processed. Customer will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products, except in the case of items which are substituted if the precise Products ordered are not in stock. In case of a cancellation of a Contract within the 14 day off period (see above), B2U will process the refund due as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days after the day of receipt of the Products back or, if earlier, the day on which B2U receives evidence of return of the Products (see above). Price of the Products in full will be refund by the same method originally used to pay the purchase (subject to any deduction B2U is entitled to make due to use of or damage to the Products), including the cost of standard delivery. However, cost of returning the Products will not be refunded.

8 – Faulty products

If any Product ordered is damaged or faulty when delivered to Customer, one or more legal remedies are available, depending on when B2U is aware of the problem, in accordance with the Customer legal rights. If a Product was delivered damaged or faulty, the Customer should inform B2U as soon as possible, preferably in writing, giving name, address and order reference. Nothing in this section affects legal rights. Delivery B2U can only deliver items to addresses within Italy. The order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days after the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. The order will be delivered to the delivery address within Italy specified when placing the order, unless the Customer opts (where available) to collect it from the couriers from time to time, where the courier offers such a collection service. If this collection service is chosen, the entire order will be delivered to the collection point and will be available for collection from the date specified in the Order Confirmation or notified by courier. When collecting order, Customer must take Order Confirmation, along with some form of identification (such as a credit card or driving licence). Deliveries will be made to the door. Courier will not be responsible for any additional carrying, unpacking or positioning of Products. If Customer is unable to take delivery of items, he will have a certain period of time in which to collect the Product(s) from the specified courier. Thereafter, the Product(s) will be returned to B2U that will consider the order to canceled.

Whilst B2U has taken reasonable steps to depict Products as accurately as possible through the photographs and other images featured on, the detailing (such as colour, pattern and texture, etc.) seen on-screen will depend on monitor and, as such, may not exactly reflect the actual detailing of a Product when received. Any information on regarding sizing of products is included as a guide only. If there is any doubt on the size of any product required, B2U recommends that Customer contacts the customer service prior to placing an order ; also for any question on a product warranty, please contact customer service on 0424-544529.

B2U is required by law to advise Customer that Contracts may be concluded in the Italian language only and that no public filing requirements apply. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Italian law, and agree that any dispute between parts regarding them or any Contract will only be dealt with by the Italian courts.

B2U will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under any Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
